HOW TO GET STARTED
Three simple steps
From your first message to your pet’s first home assessment, here’s what to expect.

1. Get in touch
Send a free, no-obligation enquiry. Tell us a little about your pet and what you’d like help with, and we’ll talk you through your options.

2. Ask your vet for a referral
Pets are seen by referral from their primary vet, so that medical records can be reviewed before treatment begins. This keeps everyone involved in your pet’s care on the same page.

3. We visit at home
The first home assessment is a full veterinary and mobility assessment lasting around 60–90 minutes. A written report is then sent back to your referring vet for continuity of care.

PET INSURANCE
Pet insurance accepted
Many pet insurance policies include cover for complementary, integrative, or rehabilitative therapies, although this varies between providers and individual policies.
We can provide the clinical records and invoices you may need for insurance claims. Please check with your insurance provider before treatment to confirm whether acupuncture, therapeutic laser therapy, or home-visit veterinary care is included under your policy — and do get in touch if you’d like more information.
Not an emergency service. Beyond the Vet Clinic does not provide emergency veterinary care. If your pet needs urgent or emergency attention, please contact your own vet or your nearest emergency veterinary provider immediately.
